The program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and combines purposeful play with intentional teaching. Key areas include:
- confidence and independence
- communication and social development
- emotional awareness and self-regulation
- early literacy and numeracy foundations
- fine-motor and physical development
- school-readiness skills and a positive transition to Kindergarten

The preschool was founded by Monalisa Parker, a qualified early childhood and primary educator with more than 10 years of education experience.
